SalesCard account and data deletion

Request deletion without reinstalling the app.

This page is the public deletion resource for the SalesCard mobile application published by Mark Gerban / SalesCard.

Submit a deletion request

Complete the fields below. Selecting “Prepare deletion email” opens your email application with the request details filled in. The request is sent only when you send that email.

Additional details Do not include passwords or authentication codes.

In the SalesCard app

Open Settings.
Open Privacy & Data.
Select Delete Account.
Complete the confirmation steps.

Data normally deleted

Account and profile information.
People, company, lead and pipeline records.
Notes, reminders, tasks and activity history.
User-uploaded context files and business-card data.
Collaboration and workspace records associated with the account.
Connected integration credentials where applicable.

Limited retention

Certain records may be retained for the period required by legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, backup or dispute-resolution obligations. Retained information is not used for active product features after deletion unless legally or technically necessary.

Disconnecting integrations

Revoking Google or Microsoft access prevents future access but does not itself delete the SalesCard account. Complete the app deletion flow or send a deletion request as well.
