1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern use of the SalesCard mobile application, website, backend services, accounts, collaboration features and related support. By creating an account or using SalesCard, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and security

Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, use only integrations they are authorised to connect, and notify SalesCard of suspected misuse or unauthorised access.

3. User-controlled CRM data

Users control the people, company, lead, note, file, meeting and communication information they add or import. Users are responsible for ensuring that their collection, storage and use of third-party information is lawful and respects confidentiality, privacy, employment, marketing and communications rules.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use SalesCard for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Do not upload content that infringes privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.
  • Do not send unlawful unsolicited communications or spam.
  • Do not compromise, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits.
  • Do not attempt to access another user’s workspace without authorisation.

5. Integrations and third-party services

Optional Google, Microsoft, calendar, email, store and other integrations remain subject to the relevant provider’s terms and availability. SalesCard is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes or access restrictions outside its control.

6. Plans, subscriptions and stores

SalesCard may offer free, trial, paid or enterprise functionality. Where a subscription is purchased through Apple or Google, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled under the relevant store rules and applicable law.

7. Availability and product changes

SalesCard is an evolving service. Features, limits, supported platforms and integrations may change. We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. No business-outcome guarantee

SalesCard helps organise relationships and actions but does not guarantee sales, revenue, hiring, response rates, deal completion or other commercial outcomes.

9. Privacy, export and deletion

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Protection pages. Supported export and deletion tools are available in the app. Account deletion can also be initiated through the public Account Deletion page.

10. Intellectual property

SalesCard’s software, website, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to SalesCard. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SalesCard intellectual property to users.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, SalesCard is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, third-party service failures, or loss caused by unlawful or unauthorised user activity.

12. Termination and governing law

Users may stop using SalesCard and request account deletion. Access may be suspended for material misuse, security risk or legal necessity. These Terms are governed by German law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
