2. Making a request
Requests can be sent to info@sales-card.com. Account deletion can also be initiated through the public deletion workflow. Identity verification may be required before information is disclosed, changed, exported or deleted.
3. Controller and processor roles
SalesCard is controller for account, security, support and service-administration processing. A customer using SalesCard to manage business contacts may be controller for that contact data, with SalesCard acting as processor under the agreed service terms or a Data Processing Agreement.
4. Data minimisation and permissions
Optional permissions and integrations are used only for the selected feature. Calendar information supports scheduling and availability. Email-related access supports user-directed email workflows. Camera and file access support card scanning, imports and user-selected attachments.
5. Retention, export and deletion
SalesCard includes supported controls for data export, integration disconnection, deletion of local or supported user data, and account deletion. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate security, accounting, fraud-prevention, backup and dispute-resolution needs.
6. Website cookies
The public SalesCard website does not currently deploy advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics. Essential infrastructure processing may occur to deliver and protect the website.
7. Business customers
Business customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement, security information or assistance with data-subject requests may contact info@sales-card.com.
