1. When SalesCard acts as processor

A business customer may use SalesCard to manage personal data concerning prospects, contacts, clients, candidates, employees or other business relationships. In that situation, the customer determines the purpose and lawful basis, while SalesCard processes the information to provide the contracted service.

2. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide lawful instructions and an appropriate legal basis.
  • Give required privacy information to affected individuals.
  • Limit access to authorised users and workspace members.
  • Use CRM and communication features in accordance with marketing and employment law.
  • Respond to data-subject requests with SalesCard assistance where needed.

3. SalesCard commitments

SalesCard processes customer-controlled data to provide and secure the service, restricts access to authorised purposes, applies appropriate safeguards, supports deletion and export workflows, and uses subprocessors required for service delivery.
