2. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, especially the GDPR, users may have the following rights:
- Right of access to personal data.
- Right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to deletion of personal data.
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent for optional processing.

3. How to make a request
Send requests to info@sales-card.com. To protect accounts, we may ask users to verify account ownership before disclosing, exporting, correcting, or deleting data.
4. Optional permissions and integrations
Google and Microsoft integrations are optional. Users can disconnect integrations in the app where available or from the relevant Google or Microsoft account permissions page. Disconnecting an integration may limit features such as sign-in, calendar availability, meeting creation, or email-assisted workflows.
5. Data minimization
SalesCard aims to request and process only the data needed for the selected feature. Calendar data is used for scheduling and availability. Email-related data is used for user-facing email and follow-up workflows. CRM data is used to provide contact, lead, reminder, pipeline, and insight features.
6. Freemium and paid features
SalesCard may offer a free tier, premium features, trials, subscriptions, or enterprise functionality. Subscription status and purchase metadata may be processed to unlock paid features, manage entitlements, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting and app-store requirements.
7. App-store payments
Where subscriptions or paid features are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, cancellation, refunds, and purchase records may be handled by the relevant app-store provider according to their terms and policies. SalesCard may receive subscription status and purchase identifiers to provide access to paid features.
8. Retention and deletion
Personal data is kept only as long as needed for account operation, security, legal compliance, subscription administration, support, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Users can request deletion through the Delete Account page.
9. Processors
SalesCard may use processors and service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, support, crash reporting, analytics, app-store billing, payment processing, and integrations. Where required, these providers are bound by data processing agreements or equivalent safeguards.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including account authentication, access controls, transport encryption where applicable, operational safeguards, and limited access to production systems.
