How to request deletion
Users can request deletion of their SalesCard account and associated personal data by emailing info@sales-card.com.
What to include
- Use the email address connected to the SalesCard account where possible.
- Use the subject line: Delete my SalesCard account.
- Include the account email address and login method, such as email, Google, or Microsoft.
What will be deleted
- Account profile information.
- Contacts, leads, notes, reminders, tasks, and pipeline records associated with the account.
- User-created sales workflow data.
- Connected integration tokens where applicable.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained for limited periods where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, app-store, subscription, backup, or dispute-resolution reasons. Retained data will not be used for active product features after account deletion unless legally or technically necessary.
Disconnecting Google or Microsoft
Users can also revoke SalesCard’s access from their Google or Microsoft account permissions page. Revoking access stops future access but does not automatically delete the SalesCard account unless a deletion request is also made.
