1. About SalesCard
SalesCard is a mobile-first CRM and sales productivity app for freelancers, recruiters, consultants, agencies, small teams, and small to mid-sized businesses. SalesCard helps users capture contacts, manage leads, stay in touch, schedule follow-ups, gain relationship insights, and reduce administrative work.
2. Acceptance
By using SalesCard, creating an account, connecting an integration, starting a trial, or purchasing a paid feature, users agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and maintaining lawful access to any connected Google, Microsoft, calendar, email, or contact services.
4. User content and CRM data
Users are responsible for the contacts, leads, notes, reminders, business card scans, imported data, files, communications, and other content they add to SalesCard. Users must ensure they have a lawful basis to store and use business contact information.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use SalesCard for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, spam, surveillance, or rights-infringing activity.
- Do not upload content that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or compromise SalesCard or connected services.
- Do not use SalesCard to send unsolicited commercial messages or violate anti-spam rules.
6. Integrations
SalesCard may allow users to connect third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, email, calendar, app-store payment providers, or other business tools. These services are operated by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. SalesCard is not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, permission changes, or data supplied by third-party services.
7. Free, freemium, trial, and paid plans
SalesCard may offer a free tier, limited free usage, trials, premium subscriptions, paid add-ons, or enterprise plans. Free features may be limited by usage, functionality, integrations, storage, scans, contacts, invites, reminders, or other product limits. Paid features may change over time as the product develops.
8. App-store purchases and subscriptions
Where paid features are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment processing are handled by the relevant app-store provider according to its terms. Users are responsible for managing subscriptions through their Apple or Google account unless another payment method is offered. SalesCard may use purchase identifiers and subscription status to unlock paid functionality.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Users can cancel app-store subscriptions through the relevant Apple or Google subscription settings. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund prior payments. Refund handling depends on the payment channel and applicable law.
10. Availability and changes
SalesCard is provided on an evolving basis. Features, integrations, pricing, limits, availability, and supported platforms may change. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. No sales outcome guarantee
SalesCard helps users organize contacts, follow-ups, scheduling, and relationship insights. It does not guarantee sales results, revenue, hiring outcomes, business success, response rates, or deal closure.
12. Privacy and data protection
Use of SalesCard is also governed by the Privacy Policy, Data Protection page, and Delete Account page.
13. Account deletion
Users may request account deletion through the Delete Account page. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, app-store, or dispute-resolution reasons.
14. Intellectual property
SalesCard, the SalesCard name, logo, website, app design, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to SalesCard. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from SalesCard except as allowed by law or written permission.
15. Disclaimer
SalesCard is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every user requirement.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, or third-party integration failures arising from use of the service.
17. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in the user’s country of residence.
18. Contact
